We care for your total dental health.

Our comprehensive exam covers the entire mouth including your teeth, gums, palate and tongue as well as an oral cancer screening. We document your current dental situation including restorations and any missing teeth. We also do a periodontal probing of the gums to set a baseline of your periodontal health and will review any diagnosis and treatment recommendations based on what we observe.

Digital x-rays will be taken when indicated.

We participate with a number of PPO dental insurance plans including:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Delta Dental Premier

• Guardian

• United Healthcare

We do not participate with any DMO plans.

Call the office or email your card and date of birth to see if we participate with your dental insurance plan. 

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and personal checks.

Before your visit:

Ask your previous dentist to email copies of your x-rays from the last 3-5 years to info@nyc-dental.com.  Dr. Klein uses them to compare to your current dental health.

Please email your insurance card, front and back to info@nyc-dental.com along with your date of birth and our staff can check your insurance before your appointment. Otherwise bring your Dental Insurance information to the first appointment. If we cannot verify insurance, you may pay for your care at time of service. We will always issue a refund if you provide insurance information later and we are able to submit your claim for payment. 

If we have your verified insurance, we will submit your claim and bill the patient after the claim is processed and paid by your carrier.
